I am always jealous of these blue oak folks..Especially during power cuts..Can you guess the reason .?!!!Simple 😂😂😂They are the latest generation apartments with stand in power supply during power cuts for the common areas too..What a great reason to be jealous off ?? You smirk .I can guess out that.Well really good place with quality sunlight and ventilation with all amenities available at a stones throw away.

When I was looking for the sites near Kolapakkam, where the cost everywhere was very high and the quality was not that good. Finally I found this site n the cost was affordable. The builder named Karthik was genuine to me n he was transparent. At last I was able to be in the ideal home which I was looking forward..
